The most productive attacking players in the EPL so far (goals & assists)
The following shows the average number of minutes per contribution (goal or assist) of the top performing attackers in the EPL so far this season. Theo Walcott leads the way with a goal or assist every 67 minutes – remarkable for a player who has been at the brunt of so much criticism regarding his level of consistency over recent seasons. Could this be Theo’s breakthrough year?
Not surprisingly RVP is up there in 2nd place. The Dutch striker who has been in incredible form over the last 2 seasons has picked up where he left off last with Arsenal last season and his goals have fired Man Utd to the top of the EPL.

There’s something off with your numbers there, mate. It seems you’re using goals in the EPL but assists in all competitions. Walcott’s got 7 assists in the EPL and 3 in the CoC.
Also, Lukas Podolski has 8 goals and 9 assists with less minutes played than Santi Cazorla.
